LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

Simple Will £150
A standard Simple Will . Appoint Guardians to raise minors, Appoint Executors, make gifts of specific items, property or assets, stipulate funeral wishes, make provisions for pets.

Mirror Will £250
As per a Simple Will but for couples (marriage, civil partnerships or co-habitees) where one partners wishes mirrir the other with the content reflected in each Will.

PPT Will £500
Especially useful where a couple have children from a previous relationship/marriage and wish to provide for their new partner but ultimately ensure that their assets pass to their own children. This is called a Protective Property Trust.

Right to Occupy/Reside Will £250
A simple Will including a Right to Occupy (or reside) in a property. Commonly used where a property is held in the sole name of one party and they wish for their spouse/children/other person (the Occupant) to live in the property without ever owning it. This allows the owner to decide who benefits from the property after the Occupant has died, which would not happen if the Occupant had been given the property to own.

Will with a Discretionary Trust. £250
A Discretionary Trust written in a Will protects beneficiaries who may have trouble managing financial affairs, either through alcohol or drug addiction, gambling or spendthrift and irresponsible. This allows the Will Writer to provide for their loved ones in a safe and controlled manner with the Trustees releasing finances to the beneficiary as they see fit.

Tenancy Severance – Mutual (Where all owners agree) or Unilateral (Notice served) £50 Mutual/£100 Unilateral
Severance of a Joint Tenancy of a property to Tenants in Common ownership. This allows Joint Owners to gift their share in a property in their Wills. For unilateral severance, Notice needs to be served to the owners in order to sever.
LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEY (LPA)

Health and Welfare LPA £125
Allows you to appoint the people that you wish to take control of your Health and Welfares in the event that you should ever lose capacity. This includes your daily routine, your medicine, whether you want to move into a Care Home or whether you wish to receive life sustaining treatment.

Financial and Property LPA £125
Similar to Health and Welfare LPA except that this can be activated as soon as registered, rather than having to wait until you lose Mental Capacity. The attorneys you choose will be able to pay your bills and make financial decisions on your behalf as if they were you.
